Delray Diver is hiring underwater hull cleaning divers to join our team. Since 2016 we've kept boats, docks, and seawalls in top shape from Palm Beach County down through Broward, and we're growing. These are W-2 employee positions, not contractor gigs: steady recurring routes, real training, and benefits.

The Job
What you’ll do
- Underwater hull cleaning on our customers’ boats, most on a recurring schedule
- Zinc/anode inspection and replacement
- Spotting problems below the waterline, like damage, fouled intakes, or worn anodes, and reporting them
- Keeping clear service notes so customers know exactly what was done
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable diving in marinas and around docks, often working solo
- Physically fit, dependable, and on time
- Detail-oriented, with good communication
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Hull cleaning or commercial dive experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
